Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), Mhow
The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) Mhow offers training to Signal Corps of Indian Armed Forces. Signal Corps is very important corps of defence. Till 1967 MCTE was called School of Signals. At present MCTE conducts telecommunications and information technology courses for the training of JCOs, NCOs and soldiers of the Indian Army as well as for army of friendly countries. The MCTE also offers training to Gentlemen Cadets for a bachelor's degree in engineering at the Cadets Training Wing (CTW). On successful completion of course cadets are commissioned in to the Signal Corps of Indian Army and also in other branches.
