IIHM eCHAT Exam - Common Hospitality Admission Test

International Institute of Hotel Management conducts an Electronic Common Hotel Admission Test (eCHAT) or the IIHM eCHAT that will provide admissions to candidates in hotel management programmes on offer by the institute. Being a national level entrance exam clearing IIHM eCHAT, selected candidates go through another process of interviews and GD’s. On the basis of the exam, one gets admission to-

Candidates get study option for Study BA in Hospitality Management; 3 year at IIHM India campus or University of West London, UK, with 12 months work placement at UK.

IIHM eCHAT Eligibility Criteria

To appear for this exam, the applying candidates must have passed intermediate or its equivalent test. The students appearing from other similar core exams can apply too.

The age of the candidate must be between 17-22 years as on July. Those awaiting their results can apply as long as they fulfill the above criteria during time of admissions.

IIHM eCHAT Application Form

IIHM eCHAT application form can be obtained via both online as well as offline mode. On getting the application form you have to fill up the same and send along with demand draft of Rs. 600/- in cash/demand draft/cheque. Make sure that the demand draft is made in favour of “International Institute of Hotel Management”.

IIHM eCHAT Exam Pattern

The IIM eCHAT shall ask questions fro language comprehension, mathematical skills, data analysis and interpretation, intelligence and critical reasoning, awareness of Indian & Global Economy.

There will be 50 questions to be answered in 60 minutes.
