BITS, Pilani MBA Admission

Established in the year 1968, the Management group at BITS Pilani initially offered the two year Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programme. But later in 1973, when the institute created an integrated educational structure, MBA evolved into the integrated first degree programme MMS- Master of Management Studies which was a blend of engineering and management.

However, the course was again restructured in 2006 keeping the changing demands of various industries. Currently, the department offers a two-year Post-Graduate Programme which is a full time residential course for graduates.

The objective of this programme is to cater to the requirements of the industry by providing quality management professionals with strong technical skills and an acumen for managing business.

The Department of Management, BITS Pilani brings a cutting-edge thinking and best learning practices with its flagship MBA Programme,which is a two year Post Graduate programme designed as a full time residential course. The program offers specialization in:

Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, Engineering & Technology Management and IT Enabled Services Management.

BITS Pilani MBA Eligibility

B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or a Masters Degree in any discipline from any recognized university or any integrated frst degree of BITS. Candidates should have obtained minimum of 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree. BITS Pilani will use CAT or GMAT scores for shortlisting candidates for its MBA Programme. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for group discussion & personal interview.

IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.
