NTA CMAT 2020: Common Management Admission Test
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from 2019 onwards to select suitable graduate candidates for admission in all Management programs offered by various institutions. The CMAT score is accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges.
It is a national level entrance examination for entry into management programmes. Till 2018, it was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
The CMAT is a three hour computer based online test conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate's ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.

CMAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
a. Candidates must be a citizen of India.
b. Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline are eligible to apply for CMAT exam.
c. Candidates who are in their final year of graduation (10+2+3) and whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2020-21 are also eligible to apply for CMAT online exam.

- General/OBC: Rs.1400 Bank charges as applicable
- General/ Non creamy layer OBC Male - Rs 1400/- Female – Rs. 700/-
- SC/ST/PwD Male - Rs 700/- Female – Rs. 700/-
- Transgender Rs. 700/-
CMAT 2020 Exam Pattern
CMAT 2020 is a completely CBT or computer based test. CMAT 2020 would have 4 sections with multiple choice questions.

Marking scheme for CMAT 2020 should be kept in mind. You will be given 4 marks per correct answer and in case of incorrect answers 1 mark will be deducted from the same.
CMAT 2020 Payment Process
ONLINE Payment: You can select ONLINE PAYMENT mode and then do the payment using Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking
Once your payment is successfully done, you will receive a confirmation E-mail and SMS. Once you have received the successful payment confirmation, you can proceed with the remaining part of registration process
CASH Payment in SBI bank: You can select this option to pay by CASH at any of the designated SBI bank branch. Once you select this option and proceed, you will see a CHALLAN on your screen with your details already filled in it. You need to take 3 PRINT OUTS of this CHALLAN, fill in the details wherever required in all the copies, and walk in to your nearest SBI bank branch with CASH on the next day of generation of Challan. Cash Deposit will be accepted only from the next day of your Challan generation.
CMAT 2020 Admit Card
Admit cards for CMAT will be available online on NTA official site. Once the required procedures have been done, candidates can download the CMAT 2020 admit cards from the NTA website.
CMAT 2020 Result
One can check the result online which is declared around March. Merit lists are provided to the respective State Governments. Then the government allots candidates central counseling procedures for admissions. In the absence of the same, the candidates can apply to their preferred university using the scores.
