IDBI Executive Recruitment

The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) brings a big and bright opportunity for all banking aspirants. It has released the notification for recruitment for the post of Executives. The recruitment is on a contractual basis initially for a period of 1 year, extendable, year by year, to 2 years further on the basis of performance. After successful completion of 3 years of service, the candidates could be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) in IDBI Bank through a selection process that would be conducted by IDBI Bank.

IDBI Bank Executive Pay Scale:

The selected candidates will get remuneration as per their year in service viz:

• First Year – 17,000 per month
• Second Year - 18,500 per month
• Third Year - 20,000 per month

IDBI Bank Executive Eligibility Criteria

Nationality / Citizenship

Applicants must be either
(a) an India citizen, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee (who came over to India before 1st January 1962) with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(e) a person of Indian origin, who have migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar (formally Burma), Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a applicant belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) or (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by Government of India. The applicant, in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be admitted to the selection process conducted by IDBI Bank, but on final selection, the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate have been issued to him/ her by the Government of India.

Age

The age of the candidate should be between 20 to 25 years. Relaxation of Upper Age limit is offered to candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Educational Qualifications

1. Candidates should have successfully completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
2. Those candidates in their final year of their Graduation / Semester are also eligible to apply.
3. Applicants are expected to have proficiency in Computers.
   

IDBI Bank Executive Seats Reservation

As per rules or guidelines of the Government of India, reservation will be extended for candidates belonging to the SC, the ST and OBC category
Applicable reservation percentage is

• SC category: 15% for
• ST category: 7.5%
• OBC category: 27%

Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities
Under section 34 of “The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016”, persons with benchmark disabilities are eligible for Reservation. The reserved categories of disabilities mentioned under this Act are namely:
a. Blindness and low vision;
b. deaf and hard of hearing;
c. locomotor disability including cerebral palsy. leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy;
d. autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness

IDBI Bank Executive Application Fee

• UnReserved Category Candidates: 700
• SC/ST/PwD Category Candidates: 150
